Return & Refund Policy

At Shree Bakey Bihari Ji Foods, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver premium quality rice products with care and hygiene. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

Due to the nature of food products, rice products once delivered cannot be returned unless the product received is:
Damaged during transit
Defective or contaminated
Incorrect item delivered
Package tampered with before delivery

Return Request Timeline

Any return or complaint request must be raised within 24-48 hours of receiving the order.
To process your request, please share:
Order Number
Photos of the damaged/wrong product
Brief description of the issue

Refunds

Refunds may be initiated in the following cases:

Product received in damaged condition
Wrong product delivered
Order canceled before dispatch
Product unavailable after payment confirmation

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund amount will be credited through the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refunds may be processed via bank transfer.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in cases where:

Product has been opened or used
Return request is made after the allowed timeline
Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
Delay caused due to courier partners or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
